Who we are

What we collect and why

Enquiry data (name, phone, email, postcode, project details submitted via forms or phone): to respond, survey and quote — lawful basis: steps prior to a contract. Project data (property address, site details, photographs, access-control configuration): to design, install and support your gates — lawful basis: contract, and legitimate interest in aftercare. Compliance records (force test results, Declarations of Conformity, service history): retained long-term because machinery-safety documentation serves your interests and legal obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Sharing, retention, rights

Data is shared only with subcontracted trades delivering your project (e.g. certified electricians) and processors providing our systems (form handling, email), under appropriate safeguards; never sold or shared for marketing. Enquiry data that doesn't proceed is deleted within 12 months; project and compliance records are retained for the installation's supported life. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability at any time via the email above, and may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if unsatisfied.

This site runs no advertising or tracking cookies. Any essential functionality (such as form submission) uses the minimum technical means required. If analytics are introduced, this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated first.
