About Guildford Gates
Guildford Gates is a Surrey-based gate design, fabrication and automation company serving the county's premium residential market. We exist because the gate industry is unlicensed and uneven: our answer is published pricing, documented safety compliance on every job, and standards we put in writing before you ask.
How we work
One team carries a project from survey to handover: the person who measures your entrance is connected to the people who fabricate, install and commission it, which is why our quotes hold and our gates fit. Design is drawn to scale and approved before steel is cut; groundworks are engineered to the site rather than copied from the last job; and commissioning ends with a force meter, not a wave goodbye.
We're deliberately multi-brand on automation (CAME, BFT, Nice, FAAC) so the gate dictates the motor, and deliberately transparent on price — the cost pages on this site are the same numbers we quote from.

What we won't do
We won't fit customer-supplied automation kits of unknown provenance, delete safety scope to win on price, claim genuine puddled wrought iron exists at fabricated-steel prices, or sell door-to-door. And when a repair quote approaches replacement economics, or a design fights the site, we'll say so plainly — the long game in a county this connected is being the company whose advice holds up.
